Shipping process

Orders will usually be processed within 2 to 4 business days after quality inspection. A tracking number would be issued immediately after pick up of an order by the courier. We are utilizing services of the following reputable courier companies like Courier It, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, FASTWAY, Dawn Wing, RAM, Aramex, SNN Couriers. After the tracking number is uploaded to your order number, the courier company has 2 to 5 business days to deliver the package to you. Should there be delays with regards to delivery, kindly email us with the relevant tracking number. This applies to all our products except the few selected products which are shipped from our overseas warehouse. These takes 2 weeks to ship. Should the shipping time exceed 17 days, please do not hesitate to contact our support team on: support@zenox.co.za 

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

Zenox™ is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.

Note: We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests and we may not be able to honor your claim if it is not reported. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start working on your order immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. If the order has already been processed through our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
